Like the title says, twist someone’s wish!
It works like this:
1st poster: Posts there wish
2nd poster: twists that wish, then posts their own wish.
3rd and so on poster: twists the above users wish and then posts their own.
I’ll start:
I wish I could take a vacation to a nice lake side cabin with internet access for two weeks.
