Backstory: Serin, her mother and father, and her three younger brothers immigrated to the US from South Korea when she was five years old. She had always had a passion for cooking and eating, and enjoyed her culinary studies in college. She was a talkative, friendly person who enjoyed the company of friends old and new alike. Deciding to take a break from her large family, she applied to the Art University in Hillvale far from her childhood home and made it in with ease. Serin moved to Hillvale a few months prior to the beginning of her first year, and spent time familiarising herself with the area, living in a small apartment room within the busy part of the town. She often heard of the “gang fights” that occurred at the outskirts of time, as well as the creepy happenings are Hillvale, but chose to ignore the resident’s “stories”.
